Shipping & Returns
At Kentaur New Zealand, delivering outstanding customer service is one of our core values. That’s why we’re happy to accept returns if you’ve had a change of mind regarding style or colour, or if the fit isn’t quite right. Many of our products are also covered by a warranty (product dependent), and we will honour those terms when replacing or exchanging items with faults in materials or workmanship.
Shipping Information
Delivery Area
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
Courier Service
All orders are sent via NZ Post Courier with tracking. Standard delivery is usually 2–3 working days from dispatch, but this may vary by location and courier capacity.
Shipping Fees
- Free shipping on orders over $300
- Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $300
- Rural delivery incurs an additional fee
- We do not ship to PO Boxes
Dispatch Timeframes
- In-stock items are dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation
- Customisable or made-to-order products may take up to 16 weeks for delivery
Returns Policy
Change of Mind / Wrong Size
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase if:
- The item is unused and in new condition (saleable)
- All original packaging and tags are intact
- The return is accompanied by proof of purchase
- The buyer covers return shipping costs
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item is faulty or develops a fault not due to misuse or normal wear and tear:
- Contact us as soon as possible with a description and photos
- We will arrange return shipping at our cost
- Faulty items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Exclusions
- No returns on sale or clearance items
- Returns of custom-made or special orders are not generally accepted, but may be considered at our discretion
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is approved and received:
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
- You may also opt for a store credit or product exchange
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled prior to dispatch
- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once the manufacturing process has begun
- If the order has already been shipped, our standard Returns Policy applies
We will confirm cancellation eligibility and process any applicable refund to the original payment method.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@kentaurnz.co.nz with your order number and reason for return
- Await confirmation and return instructions
- Package the item securely and send to the address provided
