The Kentaur Close Contact Stirrup Leathers are expertly crafted mono jump leathers designed to deliver exceptional comfort, stability, and feel in the saddle.

Thoughtfully widened at the shin, they distribute pressure more evenly against the rider’s leg, significantly reducing fatigue and discomfort during work or competition.

A buckle-free fastening system at the stirrup bar eliminates bulk under the thigh, making these leathers particularly kind to the inner leg.  The single-layer construction prevents pinching and allows the rider to sit closer to the saddle, enhancing communication and overall balance.

Unlike traditional narrow stirrup leathers, the wider profile increases surface contact against the saddle flap. This design dramatically improves leg stability, preventing unwanted twisting or independent movement that can occur with standard 1-inch leathers. The result is a noticeably more secure, consistent leg position.

Choosing the Right Size Stirrup Leathers

While these stirrup leathers are adjustable, their adjustment range is more limited than standard leathers, so selecting the correct size is important.  Please refer to the minimum and maximum working lengths listed below.  To find your ideal fit, measure your current leathers from the stirrup bar to where the leather passes through the stirrup iron, as shown in the final product image.

Size Guide:

• Small — Adjustable from 43cm to 48cm

• Medium — Adjustable from 48cm to 54cm
