Classic WEBFLEX Design

The Medea is built on Kentaur’s deep WEBFLEX saddle tree, providing a supportive foundation while retaining the flexibility and feel characteristic of this tree design.

Its traditional shape makes the Medea an excellent option for riders who prefer a classic dressage saddle rather than an excessively restrictive seat.

Broad Panel & Horse Comfort

A key feature of the Medea is its wide panel, designed to spread the rider’s weight effectively over the horse’s back.

The saddle also offers excellent scope for individual fitting adjustments, making it adaptable to a variety of different horse shapes.

Medea II – Additional Knee Support

The Kentaur Medea II offers an alternative for riders who like the overall design and feel of the Medea but prefer greater support through the knee.

While the standard Medea features medium-large knee rolls, the Medea II has larger knee rolls with their most prominent point positioned towards the lower part of the block.

This provides more substantial support around the rider’s knee and leg, making the Medea II particularly suited to riders who prefer a more supported dressage position.

Both saddles share the same deep WEBFLEX tree and classic dressage foundations, allowing the choice between the Medea and Medea II to come down largely to the amount and style of leg support the rider prefers.
